SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane City Council (SCC) approved updates on mobile food truck regulations on Monday.
Council members voted 5-1 on Ordinance C36863. The vote was to amend the Spokane Municipal Code to remove an entire chapter that has different regulations for mobile food vendors.
