QUINCY, Wash. — A 33-year-old Quincy man was sentenced to two years in prison after a plea agreement in a death investigation tied to fentanyl, Grant County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) announced.
Abraham Cristobal Florez Velazquez pleaded guilty on Tuesday to second-degree manslaughter in the death of 27-year-old Ariel Armas Flores.
