Police determine shooting threat at Omak High School was not credible, normal operations resume

OMAK, Wash. – Omak High School and Omak Middle School went into lockdown on Wednesday morning after an anonymous phone call was made at around 10:16 a.m. threatening to commit a shooting at the high school “within 15 minutes,” according to the school district. Police determined that the threat was not credible and both schools resumed normal operations at 11:15 a.m.

“Law enforcement has completed its investigation, and the reported threat to the high school is not considered credible,” Omak School District wrote on social media…
