SPOKANE, Wash. – A 36-year-old man from Spokane was sentenced to 80 months to life in prison for child molestation and assault.
Tiras J. Smith received his sentence on Friday, around four months after a jury found him guilty. His charges were connected to accusations from a set of siblings living in the house with him that he touched them inappropriately when they were eight to nine years old and for about seven years after that.
