SPOKANE, Wash. — Deputies and Major Crimes detectives with Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) are investigating the discovery of human remains in the Swanson Lakes Wildlife Area on May 14.
A hiker who observed the remains led deputies to an area north of the 12700 block of N. Vistawood Court, according to a release by the sheriff’s office.
