LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – A jury found a man from Mexico guilty of illegally re-entering the U.S. after deliberating for less than half an hour.
Testimony showed 37-year-old Eduardo Aguilera Gallardo had become a lawful permanent resident in 2001 but later lost that status and was removed from the U.S. in 2025.
He was later found in Houston last year with no permission to be in the country…
