RNR Real Estate Briefs – (Realty News Report) –HOUSTON – Lindenmeyr Munroe, a distributor of printing and packaging papers, wide format media, and facility solutions, leased 100,043 SF in Building 3 at Patriot Business Park, a three-building industrial campus at 10326–10330 Veterans Memorial Drive in North Houston. The project is owned by a JV between Investment & Development Ventures (IDV) and SREI. The deal is the second major lease at Patriot Business Park, following the signing of global paper-based packaging company Smurfit Westrock. Completed in Q1 2026, Patriot Business Park totals 462,591 SF. Building 3 offers 150,615 SF, Building 1 totals 92,758 SF, and Building 2 spans 219,218 SF. Tyler Maner, Natalie Gilbert, and Jeremy Lumbreras of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord. Jim Foreman and Sean Duffy of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

HOUSTON – Transwestern has been selected by Stena Real Estate AB to provide agency leasing and asset services for Woodbranch Plaza, a four-building, 580,558-SF office campus in the 12100 block of Wickchester Lane in West Houston’s Energy Corridor. Katy Gragg and Eric Anderson lead the leasing efforts. Tenants include Sasol Chemicals, NuDevCo, OFD, and Stena Drilling. Ownership plans to improve the lobby, common area and restrooms, landscaping, and outdoor greenspace. Spec suites ranging from 2,000 SF to 15,000 SF are under construction.

HOUSTON – DeMontrond Group renewed its 12,553-SF lease at 19241 David Memorial Drive, The Woodlands. Oxford Partners’ Nathan Buckhoff and Ryan Hartsell represented the tenant. Michelle Wogan of Transwestern represented the landlord, Kroger.

HOUSTON – Aga’s Restaurant & Catering, one of the country’s top Indian-Pakistani restaurants, will open a 4,300-SF To Go location in Katy at NewQuest’s Shoppes at Grand Crossing at Interstate 10 and the Grand Parkway on June 24. The 108-item zabiha halal menu will offer a pared back selection from the original Aga’s and include items such as lamb chops, kababs, boti, biryani, and curries. The Maredia family acquired Aga’s in 2010. Led by CEO Shaukat Maredia and his brothers Karim Maredia, Saleem Maredia, and Sadique Maredia, the family expanded the business, built a catering division, and grew the original 11842 Wilcrest location into a 16,200-SF restaurant that serves thousands of guests daily. The company plans to launch a second takeout-only restaurant by early 2027…
