Brunch lovers along FM 1463 are getting another excuse to linger over coffee. The Toasted Yolk Cafe, a Houston-born breakfast chain, is lining up a new spot in the Katy-Fulshear corridor, adding a sit-down breakfast and lunch option to a suburban retail strip that keeps getting busier.
The plan surfaced publicly in a press release for a unit at 6727 FM 1463, Ste. 150, which noted the brand had grown to 11 Greater Houston locations and had additional sites in its sights in Cypress and Beaumont. That announcement was reported by Community Impact on January 13, 2020.
Today the chain’s own location pages list a Fulshear address (6727 FM 1463 Ste #150, Katy, TX 77494) on its Fulshear location page, with daily hours, a phone number, and online ordering and waitlist tools, per Toasted Yolk. The same listing also appears in local directory sites such as Tripadvisor.
