The Texas Attorney General’s Office says a missing person cold case has been solved after partial human remains were identified as those of 15-year-old Kristen Galvan.
“Yeah, yeah, it’s a great feeling,” Montgomery County Sheriff cold case detective Fadi Rizk said. “These things can span months or even years.”
