Harris County deputies are asking the public for help finding Time Haynes, who was last seen Oct. 11 in the 4500 block of Mondial Court in Katy. Haynes was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, green shorts and a black backpack, and investigators have not released any updates on the search since issuing the alert.
