A week after Conroe ISD implemented longer school days to make up for a bad-weather day in September, trustees directed staff to ensure next year’s calendar includes two inclement-weather days and more workdays for teachers.
The calendar discussion followed a Tuesday agenda item about the added minutes to the school day, effective Oct. 13.
