HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office are asking for the public’s help finding a man accused of trying to use a unauthorized stolen credit card.
On October 19, the victim called the Constable’s office to report the stolen card. It happened at a shopping center along Kuykendahl Road near SH 99.
