HOUSTON (KIAH) – Police are investigating a situation where a dead body was lying in the street as a hit-and-run Tuesday night in north Houston. Were told around 11 p.m., a woman called 911 reporting she discovered a man’s body lying in the 300 block of Parker Road. She believed it to be trash in the roadway.
