HOUSTON – Authorities need your help finding a mail thief caught on surveillance cameras and is suspected to have targeted several locations in Houston. According to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Justin P. Hearne is accused of stealing mail at several locations in Houston on June 12. The USPIS shared two photos, one of them giving a clear look at Hearne.
