Houston, Texas is preparing itself once again for the chance of at least a level one hurricane to enter their area and make landfall in the next couple of days. Even if the full force of Hurricane Francine does not slam into the Texas coast, all of the expected rainfall in the region is already causing concern for a metro that is prone to flooding, and has had plenty of days underwater as of late.
