Michael Bravo, 27, of Conroe, Texas, and George Hartley, 66, of Evansville, Indiana, were each sentenced to ten years in federal prison, while Patricia Latouche, 44, of Evansville, was sentenced to 140 months, after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Indiana announced today.
Each defendant will also serve five years of supervised release following their prison terms, according to the department.
According to court documents, from June to November 2020, the group conspired to distribute over 30 pounds of methamphetamine in the Evansville area. Bravo transported methamphetamine from Texas to his co-conspirators in Evansville.
Hartley, along with another individual who has since passed away, distributed the drugs to mid-level dealers in the trafficking network, including Latouche, the department stated.
The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), with assistance from local law enforcement agencies in Evansville, the department states.
