A mall security guard and former tennis coach is facing charges related to secretly recording minors in parts of Spring and Montgomery County and exposing himself to children. Taylor Roy, a 37-year-old Shenandoah resident and former security guard at The Woodlands Mall, is facing multiple felony charges, including invasive visual recording and indecency with a child by exposure.
