Hill Country, located at 410 7th Street NW DC, has shared that it will be closing permanently on Friday, March 28th after nearly 15 years of service in DC.
Founders Marc and Kristen Glosserman opened the first Hill Country Barbecue Market in New York City in 2007 to share the “warm memories of barbecue joints and family meals combined with the creative spirit and live music he [Marc] enjoyed over years of summertime family gatherings” in Texas.
