HOUSTON ( KIAH ) — A Spring man is charged with aggravated assault for allegedly chasing down and shooting a suspected car thief.
According to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s office, two men came out of a house at the 5400 block of Monteith Drive on Tuesday night to confront a third man who was breaking into a car.
