During a contentious sermon on Sunday, March 16, a pastor from the Houston area condemned Deer Park ISD’s superintendent candidate for her sexuality .
Pastor Doug Harris of Central Baptist Church in Deer Park called out Tiffany Regan, the superintendent pick, for living an ” ungodly and immoral” life.
Harris articulated concerns that her personal beliefs would influence district policy. “When you live a lifestyle of sexual immorality and that is your corrupted worldview, everything that you do stems out of the worldview of which you have. Which means it will only be a matter of time before the wokeism and the (liberalism) and the sexual immorality begins to be pushed at a fast pace in our district,” he charged.
