Mom accused of driving drunk at 100 mph with kids in car punches deputy, TX cops say

A mother is accused of speeding at 100 mph while drunk and with her children in the car, then attacking a deputy who pulled her over, Texas authorities said.

A deputy stopped the speeding vehicle on Monday, March 31, in Katy, a suburb west of Houston, Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said in an April 2 news release.
