La Madeleine French Bakery & Café is making its way back to The Woodlands, thanks to a new development agreement with Delicieux Ventures, LLC—a franchise group owned and operated by Fernando and Regina Berezowsky. The husband-and-wife team are bringing the beloved French-inspired brand back to the community after the area’s former location shuttered its doors in January 2025.
