Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a criminal trespass call on April 15, 2025, in the 4300 Block of Lawn Arbor Drive. Upon arrival, they learned that new residents were being harassed by a previous owner, identified as 48-year-old James Walker, who had lived at the location several years prior and was reportedly constantly looking through their mail.
The new homeowners reported that on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, James Walker allegedly barged into their residence uninvited. Once inside, he began yelling and acting aggressively towards the homeowner after being asked to leave.
