Charges have been filed against four suspects in connection with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Nehemiah Lima and the wounding of a juvenile male that occurred at 7031 Moss Rose Street at approximately 1:45 a.m. on June 9, 2024.
The suspects, identified as 20-year-old Jared Edu Garcia , 18-year-old Brian Azahel Garcia , 21-year-old Jair Gael Garcia , and 26-year-old Francisco Jathziel Garcia-Juarez , are each charged with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 183rd State District Court.
