HOUSTON (KIAH) — A crash on the North Freeway turned into a fatal shootout with Houston police officers. The incident occurred overnight in North Houston.
According to Houston Police Department (HPD) reports, at about 3:45 p.m., a man driving green SUV, cut across several lanes on the highway, causing a crash involving two other vehicles.
