A 64-year-old Houston man has been charged after he allegedly hurled racial slurs at his neighbor and tried to run him over.
Per KTRK, the victim, identified as Blaine McShall, is a Marine veteran. McShall told the news outlet that the June 16 incident occurred as he was walking home. He said Jessie Ruffer confronted him after he briefly left the sidewalk to prevent walking into a puddle.
