HOUSTON (KIAH) — A second man has now been charged with murder in a deadly shooting in a garage at the Galleria last month.
Justin Guzman, 22, was charged with murder a day after he turned himself in at Houston police headquarters on Monday. Another suspect, Marko Cinan, 23, was also charged with murder last Wednesday.
