An Atascocita couple camping near the Guadalupe River are among the victims of the July Fourth floods that claimed over 100 lives in Central Texas.
Robert and Melissa Kamin were staying at the HTR Texas Hill Country campground near Kerrville when their camper was swept away by the rising waters of the Guadalupe River, according to social media posts from their family. Both of their bodies were recovered in the days after the couple was initially reported missing.
