According to Houston Police, 71-year-old Jacqueline Fisher was last seen at about 5 p.m. Saturday in the 8500 block of Northton Street. It’s near Interstate 610 and Flagship Drive.
Fisher is a Black woman who is about 5’6″ tall and weighs 130–160 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.…
