[KNGT-FM]– If you are from or live in Louisiana or Texas, then you know that one of the biggest pastimes in these states is drinking an ice-cold beer. You all have friends who drink the commercialized types of beer, but we all also have those so-called beer snobs who prefer IPAs and craft beers and won’t drink anything else.
In Louisiana, every weekend there is a festival, concerts, a live music venue, or a back porch party you are going to, and beer is the popular drink of choice. People in Louisiana own at least two or three ice chests at a minimum, and you can always find one that is stocked full of ice and their favorite pilsner.
Texas residents can’t help to love beer. Heck, just down the road is a massive brewery in Houston on I-10 that makes most of the South’s Budweiser and Michelob Ultra. That got us thinking and wondering what are the top five beers people purchase and drink in the Bayou and Lone Star states…
