HOUSTON (KIAH) — Police have identified the human remains of a person found in a cooler a mile from Buffalo Bayou in east downtown Houston.
The remains were found at 65 Hirsch Road on Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 12. Officers were told by a witness that the cooler had human remains inside of it.
