Houston USPS offers $100,000 reward to capture mail theft suspects

HOUSTON — The Houston Division of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service hopes the public will help capture three mail theft suspects who are on the run.

$100,000 rewards are offered in both cases for information that leads to their arrest and conviction.

In the first case, the feds are trying to locate Dorian Battist. They say he’s been stealing mail and engaging in organized criminal activity in Houston and multiple cities in Montgomery County…
