Houston man charged with murder in fatal shooting

HOUSTON, Texas — A 34-year-old man has been charged with murder following the fatal shooting of a 32-year-old man at 4020 Synott Road on Tuesday afternoon. The suspect, Demarcus Johnson, was already in custody on unrelated charges when he was identified and charged in connection with the case.

Houston Police Department Homicide Division Detectives S. Chettry and H. Martinez reported that officers responded to a shooting call and found William Brantley suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot.
