Warrant service in Splendora results in five arrests, two children placed in CPS protective custody

SPLENDORA, Texas — Deputies from the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office executed a warrant at a residence in Splendora, leading to the arrest of five adults on felony charges.

Due to unsafe living conditions and the presence of narcotics, Child Protective Services intervened, placing two children in protective custody with family members.

Calbert Blevins, a 31-year-old from Conroe, and Johnny Willis, a 27-year-old from Splendora, were both charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Sean Rogers, a 36-year-old from Splendora, was arrested on a felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle warrant from Harris County. Shane Millican, a 44-year-old from Coldspring, faced a felony blue warrant for a parole violation, and Ezra DelCastillo, a 25-year-old from Spring, was apprehended on a felony warrant from Montgomery County.
