An active SWAT scene is underway in Kingwood on Friday afternoon after a suspect reportedly barricaded himself inside a home and set it on fire as deputies were issuing an arrest warrant, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
The situation unfolded in the 2000 block of Shadow Rock Drive just after 12 p.m.
