HOUSTON — A northeast Houston resident says a concrete plant and the City of Houston aren’t doing enough to clean up a mess on a busy street.
At 80 years old, Joyce Murray is still moving. When running errands, she takes Homestead Road south daily, which she said is becoming harder to navigate.
