Houston police say 35-year-old Mark Williams is the driver of a box truck that led law enforcement on a chase in west Harris County that ended with shots being fired on Thursday afternoon.
The Houston Police Department said Williams now faces charges for evading arrest and aggravated assault against a public servant.
