HOUSTON — An investigation is underway after police say an 18-year-old man was shot and killed in a possible shootout at an apartment complex in northeast Houston Thursday night.
The Houston Police Department said they were called to an apartment complex on Coke Street near Finnigan Park around 10 p.m.
