SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Texas man is facing charges after he allegedly broke into a nursing home multiple times and had to be tased by police.
Dillon Phillips, 28, of Conroe, was charged after Pennsylvania State Police were called to the Siemon Nursing Home for a report of a break-in, according to a criminal complaint. On Oct. 16, troopers were called to the nursing home on Siemon Drive after workers reported that an unknown male had gained entry to the facility multiple times.
Troopers arrived just before 1:30 a.m. and spoke with a staff member who reported that a man, later identified as Phillips, had entered the building and had been asked to leave. Phillips allegedly did leave when he was asked, but continued to hang around the facility and was trying other doors in an attempt to gain reentry.
