HUMBLE, Texas – A Humble business owner says years of road construction along FM 1960 are driving customers away, and it’s taking a toll on her livelihood.
Linda Pounds, owner of Hair Razors Studios, says the never-ending work outside her salon has made it nearly impossible for some clients to get to her business.
