A now-former Liberty County Assistant District Attorney found himself on the other side of the law, as he’s charged in an alleged hit-and-run in Montgomery County.
A DPS crash report showed it occurred in late October in Porter and involved Mark A. Boemio, who was a prosecutor at the time of the crash.
