On November 20th, a Houston resident was rear-ended by a large commercial truck while stopped at a red light. The incident caused significant damage to the rear of their 2023 Kia Soul. At the scene, the victim took several measures to document the accident, including taking photos of the vehicles, collecting the driver’s commercial license and owner’s ID, and obtaining their insurance paperwork from Progressive.
