A K-9 unit caught two suspects, including a 14-year-old, who were trying to get away after allegedly causing a wrong-way crash in the Tomball area, according to officials.
Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman said officers first responded to a wrong-way driver crash Thursday afternoon in the 8900 block of West New Harmony Drive.
