Conroe Municipal Judge William Waggoner was booked into the Montgomery County Jail early Wednesday morning, facing charges of driving while intoxicated and the unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Waggoner, 34, was arrested by the Montgomery Police Department on McCowan Street. As of 8 a.m., he was still listed on the jail roster.
