Three men have been charged with capital murder after a fatal shooting at 7132 Avenue Q in Houston on January 21, 2022. The suspects are Jacob Lee St John, 24, Raul Gallegos, 23, and Damien Vega, 22. They are charged in the 177th Criminal District Court. The victims, Juan Ramirez, 41, and Apolonio Alvarado, 37, both died as a result of the incident. Ramirez died from his injuries in June 2023.
