Don’t be surprised to see NBC Nightly News anchor and managing editor Tom Llamas around town on Wednesday.
The New York-based journalist is bringing the network news program to Houston for the 5:30 p.m. (central) broadcast. The network is not revealing ahead of time exactly from where in the city the broadcast will take place.
This is part of the network’s re-launch of its Reporting for America campaign in which the focus is put on communities across the country that are beyond the media centers of New York and Los Angeles. For this swing, Llamas hit Cleveland Monday and will be working from Pittsburgh Tuesday…
