CONROE, Texas – KPRC 2 has obtained the blood search warrant for the Conroe Municipal Court Judge who was charged with driving while under the influence last week.
According to Montgomery Police Department, Judge William Waggoner, 34, was pulled over around 2:20 a.m. on Dec. 10 in the 20600 block of Eva Street.
An officer said Waggoner’s vehicle was going 61 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone and drifting onto the center line…
