The Harris County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged a Spring man for allegedly attacking two children who were simply walking down the street on Halloween, records show.
Court documents state that two children, 11 years old and 12 years old, were walking down Banquo Drive in Spring when 33-year-old Dylan Juro Sarkezi attacked them.
