CONROE, Texas — The Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office has arrested a 29-year-old Conroe man following an investigation into animal cruelty. Anthony Brecheen was taken into custody on January 14, 2026, after an arrest warrant was issued for Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animals, a third-degree felony.
