North Houston’s warehouse game is getting another boost, as BCS Capital Group has kicked off construction on Humble Westfield Business Park just west of George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The project brings four concrete tilt-wall warehouse buildings totaling about 168,840 square feet to roughly 11.4 acres, adding fresh small- to mid-bay logistics space to a corridor that is already a hotbed for distribution users.
